Why is a link in bio necessary?
Your "bio" is your profile description at the top of social media platforms. You might have come across the phrase "see the link in bio" or "check out the link in our profile" in posts? The issue is that, for example, on Instagram, it's not possible to link from a post. You are instead limited to a few links in the bio for the entire SoMe account, and often content creators/SoMe managers want to link to multiple different things at once. If you stick to one (1) link at a time, and run a contest where visitors are supposed to enter a form to register, you then change the bio link which usually is yourshop.com to typeform.com/my-contest-form. Then new problems arise - firstly, that you forget to switch back to yourshop.com when the contest is over, and secondly, that customers who just wanted to check out your website end up completely on some contest form instead. Having multiple links can instead become confusing and unclear with the limited opportunities for description and customization that are offered.

We help you with a better link in bio. Instead of just linking to your website, where your customers still have to search around to find what they came for, you can link to an easy-to-navigate and pleasant landing page ("mini-website") where you gather everything that has been relevant on your social media for a while.

You might one day post a product image to promote a new item in the assortment, another day you host a live broadcast, and a third day a contest. All of this can happen simultaneously with a single link in the bio, since your smart landing page links to the new product along with an image of it, embeds the live broadcast, and links to the contest form. This way, the link in the bio remains relevant for all visitors.

We've made it easy for you. Instead of complicated premium plans, we have one price - € 16.9 per month per profile/landing page. This includes all our features. No hidden fees, and no commitment period. If you choose to pay annually, you get one month free (€ 16.9 x 11 months = € 185.9). We also offer optional additional services, for help at the start and with the design of the landing page, as well as a personal .bio link instead of lank.bio/yourstore.

Is it possible to get follow-ups and statistics?
Yes, in your control panel you can see, among other things, which buttons/links most visitors click on, how long they spend on your landing page, and how many click through. The data is stored as long as you are a customer with us, and can also be exported to an Excel file.

To be as privacy-friendly as possible, we do not track the customer any further than that, no personal data normally accompanies a click.
What's the benefit of having the Instagram feed on the landing page (again)?
In your regular Instagram feed, you have a caption and maybe some hashtags, but it's not possible to add links to an Instagram post. We solve this with clickable Instagram pictures from your feed on the landing page.

It's perfect if your images, for example, are enticing news headlines that visitors want to read more about, or pictures of your products in your shop that your visitors might want to buy. The visitor goes to your link in bio, recognizes the image they saw in the feed, clicks on it, and gets directly to the news article, product, or whatever you want to link to.

We use an integration that fetches your latest pictures, and you choose which of the images you want on the landing page, and where they should link to. The login occurs directly on Instagram/Facebook's website, and we do not have access to your login details. You can revoke the permissions at any time in Instagram's settings (under App Permissions).
Can multiple people edit the same landing page?
Yes! When you first create an account and add your business, you become an administrator. You can then add multiple users (employees) and choose what they should have access to. If there are several of you and you have multiple SoMe profiles/landing pages, for example, @yourstoreSE and @yourstoreNO, you can limit that your Norwegian colleague only has access to the Norwegian landing page, or that different editors have access to different local newspapers' profiles/landing pages.

Adding multiple users and managing multiple accounts are included at no extra cost. The monthly price is, however, per profile/landing page.
Can I have the same landing page on multiple social media platforms?
Of course! You might want to have a link in bio on both Instagram and TikTok. If you are posting completely different materials and want to link to different things from the different platforms, you can choose to have separate landing pages. If a visitor clicks on the link in the bio on the Instagram app, they automatically see the Instagram content, and vice versa for TikTok. Visitors can of course also switch between the different contents through a button at the top of the landing page, to see more of your content. Read more about this on our support page.

Note that you need at least 1000 followers on TikTok to be able to add a link in bio on your profile.
How does payment work?
When you first register an account, you get access to the tool to edit your landing page, with no functional limitations. You can comfortably design and insert content before your subscription starts. Once you're ready and to gain access to your bio link, you make your first payment and your subscription starts from that day. You can then add your link to the bios on your social media and start using it.

Payment is made either monthly or annually. If you pay annually, you get one month free (€ 16.9 x 11 months = € 185.9). You can choose whether to pay by invoice or directly with a card in the control panel. We recommend the latter to start the service immediately. If you pay by invoice, your subscription only begins once we have registered the payment. When there are about 30 days left on your subscription, an invoice will be sent, which you can either pay as usual, or log in to the control panel and pay it with a card. You can also choose to make automatic payments. The invoices will then be paid with a saved card on the due date.

Card payments are made in cooperation with Stripe, a large and trusted service for online card payments. You can save your card details to make paying future invoices easier, but we never have access to your card details as they are stored with Stripe. We also accept mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
