I have been referred

To register that you have been referred, go to the Subscription tab in the control panel and scroll to the bottom. There you will find a box where you can enter a referral code that you received from the person who referred you. Enter the code and you will get one free month. You will see a message at the top of the Subscription page saying that you have a free month available, and you can activate it on any profile/landing page.

Criteria

To refer others, you need to have a referral code. You get one when you have at least one active profile/landing page. By \"active\" we mean that it is paid for and live. You can find your referral code both on the start page in the control panel and in the Subscription tab.

To enter a valid referral code (be referred), you need to have at least one active profile.

In other words, you need to have made your first payment; a profile cannot be activated using a referral code/free month. Another criterion for the referral code to be considered valid is that you must never have managed the same profiles as the person who referred you.

For example, if person X invites person Y to manage a landing page and then withdraws/gives up their admin rights for that landing page and creates their own, person Y cannot then be referred by person X.

Unpaid invoices

If you have unpaid invoices for extending your subscription, you will not be able to apply a referral code. This is because the invoices have a built-in date for when the subscription will be extended once the invoice is paid. If that date, for example, is set to June 1 and you had activated a free month on May 1, the invoice would extend your subscription to the same date that the free month had already extended it to. Therefore, make sure you do not have any unpaid invoices before activating a free month. If you use automatic payments and do not want to wait until the due date, you can easily pay an invoice with your saved card in the control panel.

The referral system only works one step deep. The first person does not get additional free months if the referred person refers more people.
