Manage saved cards
When you make a card payment in the control panel, your card details are saved so they can be used for future payments, either for automatic charges or when you choose to pay an invoice online by card.
You can manage your saved cards via the control panel. Log in, go to the Subscription tab, and scroll down to the middle of the page. There you will find a button on the left called "Manage saved cards". Your saved cards are listed there, and you can choose which card should be the default, and you can also choose to remove saved card details.
Default card is the card used for automatic payments. On the same page in the control panel, you can choose to enable automatic payments. Invoices will then be paid with the selected default card on the invoice due date.
We do not store card details
We use Stripe as our payment provider. When you make your first card payment in the control panel, you (your profile/landing page) are also created as a customer with Stripe. They are the ones who store all card details, not us. The only thing we store about your profile is the customer number at Stripe, which is then linked to the different payment methods on their servers.We never have access to your full card details; we can only see the card type (e.g. Visa/Mastercard) and the last four digits of the card number.
You have the right to be forgotten as usual. The customer number at Stripe is unique for each profile/landing page and is not stored per user. If you delete a profile (for example lank.bio/dragspel), your Stripe customer is deleted at the same time, and with it all saved card details and payment methods.
