If you want help getting started with your landing page, we offer setup assistance. The current cost for this is listed on the pricing page and is charged on your first invoice. You order the getting started help by contacting us at hej@lank.bio. You do not need to have created a user account or a profile/landing page first; we can set it up for you.

What’s included?

The whole goal of länk.bio is for your landing page to look like the rest of your company. We do not want to force customers to work with static templates, only choose from a limited set of colors, or only be able to use their logo in a circular format. That is why we design the foundation of your landing page based on your visual identity, or your wishes. This may include:

• Requesting a PDF document with your visual identity guidelines
• Requesting font files and installing them on the landing page
  • If you have a unique font that cannot be downloaded or obtained anywhere except through your internal channels, we will write a simple usage agreement stating that we have the right to store, implement, and display your font on your landing page. The font will not be available to other customers.
• Setting up your colors as saved colors so you can easily access them later
• Adding your logo according to your preferences
• Adding the first content with a few buttons, images, videos, and links according to your wishes.
• Adding multiple user accounts if several people need access to edit the content on the landing pages

If you want integrations, for example with Quickbutik, WooCommerce, or Instagram, we may need a little hands-on help from your side so you can log in and complete the connection to the accounts. Of course, we can also help link your latest images from Instagram if you have connected an account.

Depending on how many support requests we are handling at the time, setup assistance may take different amounts of time, but we aim to have it completed within one week from the order.
